The Magic Box is a Z-Wave enabled whole house climate controller that includes controls for most HVAC systems - including heat pump versions. Analog inputs can interface to powered or un-powered sensors while four damper outputs provide for multiple zone control. In addition to the Z-Wave wireless network, an RS-232/RS-485 serial interface is provided, along with four infrared LED driver outputs which can be used to control remote devices. On board temperature and humidity sensors are also available.
